The one-week "Tipoff4Jobs" training programme offers a theoretical and practical introduction to working life and is aimed at commercial and industrial trainees as well as career starters. The core contents of the programme are:

• "Understanding business" - acquiring and developing skills to better understand economic developments, structures and processes, with practical application through the realisation of a business idea
• "Reflecting values" - joint development of a value-orientated team culture
• "Experience basketball" - promoting team skills and sporting team discipline
The final event and highlight of the week is a pitch of the business ideas.
